Description
This role will support our customer success team to schedule client programs and manage back-end processes to ensure smooth and seamless flow of client service and payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for online and in-person programs
- Manage documentation across Google Workspace
- Process and track invoices, reimbursements, and payments to both customers and contractors
- Support internal communications and basic reporting
Qualifications
You're a great fit if you:
- Have remote admin/operations experience
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Are experienced with Google Workspace, Asana, Hubspot CRM, and QuickBooks Online
- Communicate clearly and manage your own workload
Contract Details
- 4-month engagement (Jan–May 2026), with onboarding training beginning in mid-December
- Temporary part-time employee position
- 12-20 hours per week (based on need)
Location: Remote/flexible within the United States
