    Christine Wenger: Director, Enterprise Change Enablement and co-founder mindfulness@Toyota

     

    Bio: Christine Wenger is the Director of Enterprise Change Enablement at Toyota Financial Services (TFS). Her career began in technical consulting and software development, and she now enables Toyota teams to prepare for and thrive in large organizational changes. Christine is the founder of the mindfulness@Toyota program that is focused on building resilience, creativity, personal productivity, and well-being for all Toyota team members. Christine has extensive experience in change management, software development, technical program management, consulting, facilitation, and coaching with industry experience in financial services, education, state and local government, healthcare, manufacturing, and customer service. Christine has also just completed OTT in 2022 and is in the midst of her practicums!

    Christoph Müller-Höcker: Group Mindfulness Lead at Allianz

     

     Christoph Müller-Höcker is the Group Mindfulness Lead of Allianz, mindfulness trainer, and certified internal Search Inside Yourself © facilitator. Driven by the insight that sustainable change can only happen through inner personal change, in 2019, he founded the Mindfulness Community in a division of Allianz as a grassroots movement, that developed over time into the Global Mindfulness Movement of Allianz with a dedicated team and corresponding offer.

    After having worked for some years as public relations manager, Christoph studied sociology, business administration, and psychology. In his almost 20 years of professional life, he focused on the topic of transformation, change, and growth of people and organizations worked for many years as a management consultant and was most recently globally responsible for organizational development and change management as Head of Organizational Change at the internal technology partner of Allianz.
