    Meet Your Teachers

Our amazing teaching community is expansive, global and diverse, representing a wide-range of industries and backgrounds. Our programs are taught by our highly qualified Certified Teachers, all of whom have attended our rigorous teacher training program.

    Grace Edmunds

Grace has facilitated mindfulness programs for multinational companies and organizations whose focus range from tech and accounting/consulting to top tier universities and non-profit organizations. She has also been a meditation teacher for over a decade. Grace’s work centers around developing wise and compassionate leaders from the ground up who will change the fabric of their organizations, families, communities and greater world. She has a BA from the University of Colorado, extensive training and teaching experience as a Yoga & Meditation teacher, and has successfully completed studies with the Mindfulness Training Institute as well as SIY. Grace enjoys facilitating workshops and international retreats for women that support building positive life practices and cultivating the tools for greater wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness. She attributes much of her passion and experiential knowledge to her time spent living and volunteering in India and Nepal where she learned about humility and strengthened her resolve for helping as many humans be healthy, and happy.

    Dan Vazquez

Dan fell in love with mindfulness in his early 20s when he was having what people now-a-days call a quarter life crisis. Everything seemed to be going great from the outside: a Harvard grad, working for LA times, great relationship, making good money, but something didn't feel right. A 14 hour bus ride; an encounter with an old friend who studied Taoism; a boat ride to Stone Island off to meet a monk who taught him how to meditate changed the course of his life. He went to India for 10 months where he practiced regularly and upon returning to NY became a middle school teacher and administrator where he taught both parents and kids ways to work more skillfully with their own minds. Since then, Dan has expanded his reach and has led mindfulness workshops for a variety of companies and organizations all over the United States including MIT,,, NYU, etc.

While we do our best to let you know who your teachers will be ahead of time, teachers are subject to change.
