Cristina Martínez Ballestero

Cristina has worked for 15 years in Retail Multinationals in management positions managing different business units with a turnover of more than €15 million and teams of more than 70 people. This experience has allowed her to understand the challenges in team management and the impact that it has on the results, fostering a workplace with greater Emotional Intelligence and a corporate culture based on Well-being and Collaboration.

In 2017 she founded [Umanbi](https://www.umanbi.com/), a consulting firm dedicated to helping Organizations generate corporate cultures based on well-being in which people feel motivated to give their best version and teams work in a more collaborative way.

The main focus of Cristina's work is directed towards improving skills related to Well-being and Emotional and Social Intelligence at work. She currently helps all types of entities (Companies, Educational Centers, NGOs, Public Administration ...)

Cristina has a degree in Political Sciences and Administration Sciences, specializing in International Relations from the University of the Basque Country. Throughout his career she has also specialized in Ethical Leadership and Corporate Wellbeing through Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence.

She has the certification "The Science of Well-Being" by Yale University, she is a Yoga teacher by the European Yoga Alliance and Certified Teacher of the Leadership Program "Search Inside Yourself". She also has a Master Degree in Pedagogical Aptitudes from the University of La Rioja that helps her to carry out her activity as a trainer effectively.

She has completed various Coaching and Ethical Leadership programs applied to team management and has received training in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction).

In recent years, she has offered training at BBVA, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ferrovial, Euskadi Technology Parks, Mc Graw Hill, Mondragón University, ONCE, Avantia, Puig, MEDSIR, Exclusive Networks, Turisfer… among others.
