Biography

My background as a market economist, behavioural scientist and leader, has proven to be a good combination for working with internal communication. Or, as I prefer to define it, working with how we communicate internally. The driving force is based on the fact that internal communication is one of the most important tools for a successful business driven by empowered people. As a consultant I am hired for specific communication assignments, such as internal communication strategies, change communication plans and implementation, anchoring of messages, strengthening values and the brand internally, communication development and training for leaders. I also serve as a strategic support for leaders, communication managers or HR employees, as well as being a resource for carrying out  communication activities on-site. I facilitate internal communication seminars, educations and network fora’s and gratefully receiving reviews for giving knowledge, trust and energy to the group. In 2013, I was nominated to a final place as a Leadership Developer of the Year (Leadership magazine), with the motivation ”When others got tired, she continues to lay the puzzle and ensures that the whole company moves in the right direction. Sofie’s motto is Results are achieved through dialogue.”
