Elizabeth’s passion is coaching people through a personal journey, helping them discover new ways of approaching situations, adapting and growing in order to not just reach but exceed their full potential. Her experience has taught her this type of personal growth can be best achieved through confidence and a sense of self worth in the workplace. This was thoroughly supported in her doctoral research on job crafting through transition at work. Elizabeth’s consulting career has spanned for more than a decade advising higher education governing boards and chief executives on how to strategize, strengthen capacity, and ultimately make better decisions for the institutions they serve.
