Role Description
Reporting directly to the CRO, the Senior Account Executive will be pivotal in contributing to SIY
Global’s growth thru the acquisition of new clients. B2B sales experience to HR and/or Learning &
Development departments, specifically with mid-market and Fortune 500 clients is a must.

This role will be selling our Content Licensing, Leader and Professional development programs and
courses and a variety of digital learning solutions, as well as our facilitation and coaching services.

leadership development space. This role is dedicated to identifying and engaging organizations that can
benefit from our products and solutions. The ideal candidate thrives on building relationships with HR
leaders, L&D professionals, and executives, turning prospects into long-term SIY clients who invest in
developing their people.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target HR, L&D, and executive decision-makers
across industries through social media, networking, cold outreach, conferences, and referrals. - Consultative Selling: Understand client challenges around employee engagement, leadership,
and performance, and position tailored training and development solutions. - Pipeline Development: Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
to consistently exceed revenue targets. - Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demos of our products and
solutions. - Partnership Development: Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, becoming
a strategic advisor for their learning and development needs. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners to align offerings with client requirements
and win new business. - Market Awareness: Stay informed on trends in organizational development, leadership training,
and employee learning technologies to position our solutions competitively. - Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records in CRM, tracking outreach, opportunities,
and closed business. - Company Success: Contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company’s objectives.
Qualifications

Proven track record of at least five years in exceeding their performance goals in B2B sales,preferably within corporate training, leadership development, HR consulting, or related peopledevelopment solutions.
- Strong ability to open new doors and win net-new business (hunter mentality).
- Experience selling to HR, L&D, and C-suite executives.
- The ability to navigate the differences between small-midsize, Fortune 500 and government
accounts. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to diagnose client needs and propose tailored
solutions. - Comfortable managing the full sales cycle independently and with internal partners, depending
on the size and complexity of the opportunity. - Familiarity with CRM (we use HubSpot), virtual selling, Google Workspace and other
sales/marketing related technology from you prior roles.

Location: Remote/flexible within the United States, with the possibility of occasional travel.
