engage emotions to accelerate change
Manage successful change by helping leaders and teams to build resilience and use emotions as fuel versus friction

Enable Teams to Thrive During Rapid Change
Change is inevitable—but success isn’t. Research reveals that only 30% of organizations successfully achieve their change-related goals. So, what sets them apart? Their ability to navigate the emotional dynamics of change with confidence and agility.
A meta-analysis of peer-reviewed studies found that employees with higher levels of emotional intelligence are 17.7 times more likely to be resilient during change.
Our programs empower learning and development teams to cultivate resilience and drive lasting change through a proven blend of neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence. Whether you're reacting to an unexpected or difficult challenge or proactively launching a transformation, we help leaders and teams adapt with emotional agility, turning resistance into momentum.

Our Programs to Address Change and Build Resilience
We offer three distinct programs to help leaders and teams successfully adopt change together. For leaders, we offer "Leading the Adaptive Shift" to help leaders who are reacting to difficult or unexpected change, as well as "Navigating the Emotions of Change" to proactively address change. Either course may be paired with our course for individual contributors, "Succeeding with Adaptive Resilience."

Leadership Program
Leading the Adaptive Shift
One of the most difficult challenges for leaders is when they need to support their teams through major change, yet are struggling to deal with their own emotions about the change.
This often occurs when the change is outside leaders’ control, such as major changes in market demands, mass layoffs, organization-wide technology changes, etc.
Adaptive resilience is the ability to shift from a stress-based, threat response to a challenge-oriented mindset, increasing focus, problem-solving, and personal agency.
This program helps leaders support their teams during rapid and uncertain change, while also addressing their own emotions and mindsets.

Navigating the Emotions of Change
Leaders set the emotional tone for change. Their ability to recognize, manage, and influence emotions determines whether change efforts succeed or stall.
This interactive, two-part course empowers leaders to detect, direct, and design emotional energy to fuel transformation. By understanding the hidden emotional forces that shape change initiatives, participants will gain the skills to turn resistance into momentum, disengagement into motivation, and uncertainty into innovation.
