SIY Global Appoints Felix Sablan Chief Client and Commercial Officer
Seasoned commercial and client leader to accelerate global growth and deepen strategic partnerships at the intersection of leadership, mindfulness, and performance
(San Francisco, CA) February 24, 2026 — SIY Global today announced the appointment of Felix Sablan as the company’s new Chief Client and Commercial Officer, effective immediately.
In this role, Sablan will lead SIY Global’s worldwide commercial strategy and client development efforts, driving sustainable growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and expanding the organization’s global impact.
Sablan joins SIY Global with extensive experience building and scaling client-focused growth strategies across multiple industries. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Client Solutions at TalentSmartEQ, where he spearheaded global sales and business development initiatives. Prior to TalentSmartEQ, he held senior leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, leading a high-performing team of Strategic Partners across 34 U.S. states, Canada, and Latin America, supporting Fortune 500 organizations in solving complex business challenges. His career also includes executive roles in higher education, multi-unit leadership positions in retail and automotive, and entrepreneurial ventures including Sablan Consulting LLC and Tio Chino Restaurant & Bar in San Diego.

Sablan also actively serves on several boards, including the Selected Services Board for the State of California, the City of San Diego Advisory Board for API Affairs, the County of San Diego Mental Health Advisory Council, and as a Board Director of the Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC).
He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Communication from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Walden University.
