Who We Are

SIY Global delivers EQ-powered leadership development. Our approach is rooted in our origins at Google, where the Search Inside Yourself (SIY) program was originally created based on a unique blend of neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. In 2012, we launched a non-profit to bring our programs worldwide, and in 2022, we spun off as a venture-backed public benefit corporation.

Role Description

We're building an ongoing bench of contract facilitators to deliver SIY Global's programs to Fortune 1000 clients, virtually and in person. We’re looking for individuals who can create high impact learning experiences for leaders by connecting authentically with participants, managing a room’s energy with real skill, framing content to align with each client’s specific business context, and establishing the conditions where lasting change actually happens.

What You’ll Do

Program Delivery
  • Facilitate SIY Global's programs for Fortune 1000 clients, virtually and in person
  • Create and hold a room where leaders take interpersonal risk and engage honestly with emotionally resonant material
  • Read shifts in group energy, engagement, and dynamics in real time, and adjust pacing, activities, and approach accordingly
  • Meet skepticism, resistance, and challenge from participants directly and respectfully, without losing the room

Content & Business Linkage
  • Deliver attention training, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence content fluently, without a script
  • Connect concepts to each client's specific leadership challenges, business priorities, and organizational outcomes
  • Use client-relevant examples, language, and stories, calibrated to the specific challenges and culture of the room

Preparation & Coordination
  • Conduct pre-session discovery on the client, cohort, and context
  • Prepare materials, logistics, and technology in advance so improvisation in the room is a choice, not a scramble
  • Coordinate with SIY Global's delivery, client success, and design teams

 

What We’re Looking For

Required
  • Experience facilitating in corporate settings, including as an employee or embedded partner inside an organization (not only as an external vendor)
  • Personal experience holding a leadership or management role, with the accountability and ambiguity that comes with it
  • Fluent command of attention training, neuroscience, and emotional intelligence content, with the ability to teach it without notes
  • Comfort facilitating in virtual environments, including engagement tooling, breakouts, and coordination
  • Strong business acumen: understands how organizations operate and how their leaders are measured

Nice to Have
  • Cross-industry experience, particularly in financial services, pharma, healthcare, or technology
  • Specialty depth in neuroscience or emotion research beyond general familiarity
  • Familiarity with AI tools in the flow of preparation and delivery
  • Ability to travel for in-person programs

Engagement Details

  • Contract type: Independent contractor, engagement-based
  • Compensation: Set rates based on type of engagement
  • Location: Remote/virtual and in-person, based on client engagement
